First off, this won't be the most detailed guide to the AH and what is selling best out there as that will mainly be up to each player whom takes the time to browse it and they decide what to farm which is the most fun or ease for them!
Slowly but surely this guide will expand, but keep in mind that it won't be updated consistently with the ever-fluctuating prices of the AHs on the Fenrir Server. This list will only cover what we personally have encountered and have made some gil from at some recent point. It'll be up to each member to double-check these prices before heading out and spending time farming before hand.
If you do go out and spend hours farming one or more of the items from this list without checking the in-game AH and the prices were to suddenly change for the worse. The only person to blame is yourself for not taking the time to double check. Some prices don't change as often as others, but I have seen some crazy price fluctuations in short periods of time before! Just hang onto it until the prices do make a positive increase, or list it for the reasonable price you think its worth to you and hope that someone is willing to purchase it for that higher price!

- Treant Bulb ~ 1k to 1800
- Flint Stones `~ 1k
These items only sell as singles and don't stack:- Quadav Back Plate ~ 600 to 1k
- Fetich Pieces ~ 400 to 1200
- Goblin Pieces ~ 400 to 1k
- Zinc Ore ~ 400 to 1200
