Real interesting game. We got it working last night and my son already has his toon up to lvl 13. Check it out if your looking for something to do until open beta :P

Remember reading about it, don't recall if I played it or not, though I do have Closed Beta access in my emails from when it was going on! Might as well DL it and see...

I love steam punk! This game sorta makes me think of ffxi for some reason!. O.o

haha, I have been wanting to try that game since I saw it in Beta Testing. But it was still in CB so I couldn't download it. I might have to give it a look see.

Well, down side time. There is some massive ganking in it. My son was killed 4 times this morning by ??'s from the other faction. The one did 10k damage to him..and at the time he had 1k health. I'm not a fan of higher levels killing newbs just to stroke their ego. Otherwise it's really cool, there is some "lost in translations" moments though so be warned ahead of time. :P

Oh its open pvp? No thanks... think I might reactivate lotro again... wish I had 200$ :|

Playing it now...its ok, but not too much fun! Massive grind and the wait to loot items from the ground is just stupid long!

Am a lvl 10 Mage atm, then got the Job Cange quest and it says I'll be a warrior afterwards...so thats kinda weird unless thats just a universal name for the job change!

Might play some LOTRO also here soon! Still have time avail till late Oct wasting away!

Yeah there is a massive translation issue. It took me awhile to figure out I had to talk to some other guy to open up the job change guy for my Pom. Then after finishing the chain I find out you can't really start your new job until lvl 11, Not impressed, sorry for wasting you time guys. : /
I may just stick to wow for now..I am so burnt out on it but at least I can do the mindless drudge while watching tv until open beta opens up. I thought about doing FFXI for awhile..but that always ends with me posting " understand English only, seeking Japanese only party" in my lfp comment .(( former ffxi players will understand that one lol)

*Lol's at Kurst FFXI comment* Thats so true. I dont know how many times my WHM was invited into groups that were all Japanese. And you can only speak to them to a certain extent when using the translators on there. I always had a bitch of a time trying to tell people certain things because you have to use the oddest combinations of translated words to try and get your message across. Lol And whats your Characters name on WoW, Kurst? I'm on the Onix server on there. And let me tell ya, getting a group for anything at my current stage of the game is about a pain in the ass. And now I'm getting to the point where I have to do instances where its very difficult to battle through solo; even if I am the same level or higher than the monsters I'm fighting. They swar like mother fuckers >.<. I'm on Onyx (Or however its spelled) server right now. level 15 Draenei Paladin. So if you ever are on late night or mid day when there is no one else to chat/play with you can always hit me up. That is if you are even the same Faction/on the same server as I, lol. I've mainly been getting on when I log into PW and no one is on (Which seems to have been the case the last several times) and when I cant sleep. Lol

Awww, Zi! I've been missing you in PW, I guess, 'cause whenever i log in, no one is there either but me. Oh well, I'll catch you sometime soon. Maybe Monday or Tuesday. xD

Oh I am on a rp server. Followed a friend there when we started playing WoW . Endless erp sadly. Can't go any where on that server with out running into a duo "gettting it on" in say.
I'm on Thorium Brotherhood. My characters are Gruf lvl 70 hunter, Hina lvl 70 Warlock, Lonestar lvl 64 Shaman , Horde side Kananite lvl 70 hunter, Kurst 20 ish warlock, Deadwood 15 ish (( I think) priest.
My wife told me the new "campaign" system in FFXI makes it so you can solo past 60 now so I may finish off my blu or play a game I made up. " Where can I this yellow chicken?". You would be surprised where you can get yourself stuck while riding around.( you can ride on a number of the spine structures found around)

Haha, yeah, Tluth. I'll miost likely be on Monday and Tuesday for sure. And I'm on a RP server as well Kurst. Though you wouldnt know it because everyone "tlks lyk dis"and has names like "scuzzlebut". For being a server where they enforce having actual character names and staying in character it sure doesnt function like one. Most everyone just flames eachother on the Global Chats (Which I never understood in MMO's because after all it's all just a game in the end). I'll have to see if I can look you up sometime on there if you happen to be on. Then again I think we are on seperate servers, so I doubt thats possible xD.

I gave up on Neosteam..my son still plays it but after lvl 15 your options seem to be " go to the ganked non-stop by high levels zone" or the " take you 1 year to level " zone. I am not interested in either of those so he can have it.

Dunno, I don't recall playing, but apparently I have from responses in this thread I made previously. That was a long time ago though, so I dunno if anything has gotten better or if its the same I didn't like!

Bored, so might as well give it another try....DLing now!

Well, my net is giving me all kinds of errors today and has been iffy for the past few weeks. Called my ISP and they keep hanging up on me, and then after 4th or so call all I could get was a recorded message saying that the connection in my area is having severe issues and it won't connect to live agents anymore....lame bastards!

I got the DL to 100% once and it sat there for about 30min saying a few secs remain and then it timed out and I lost the entire DL. I seriously think that BS if I got it all already, why does it delete it just cause a few kb didn't make it....blah

Anyway....am in bad mood kinda, so dunno when/if I'll get this DL'd!

Quite insane...after being hung up on 4 times after trying to connect to an agent I found an automated service that reset my connection on their end and its working much better now. Just hope it continues to for longer than a few hours...

What a pain in the ass. Yeah, every now and then we get that kind of crap here too, but we live in the city so its rare.

Btw, the game is neat, though the movement is a little jerky. And for some reason it seems pretty laggy. Even when it says the population is "light". I had everything turned all the way down, and it still seems to run exactly the same. Probably will adjust my GFX card settings and see if that does anything. Cool classes though, and unlike most F2P's, the bosses look like they are actually challenging, and really big.

Well, finally got it, installed and it won't update...keep getting a failure...etc etc BS crap. I give up...deleted it all...not worth it after all that crap I went through!
