Yep, you get warnings for the dumbest reasons, and if you try to contact them to get more info, as the last line suggests; they ignore you. I've never gotten a response when trying to contest a warning.

Yea I've never gotten a response either. In the body of my post, I quoted another guy who put a "beating a dead horse" emoticon up. His post, as well as anyone else who quoted him, had their post reported. I think monk hit it on the nosey... someone got butthurt and cried to mommy... err... moddy...

You know that guy did have a point about failing the leve because of going out of range.
He wasn't really looking for them to add jumping to the game, just being able to walk off ledges... or removing the range thing from leves.

True, but then he should've posted his feedback in the beta forum, rather than /rant at mmorpg. He posted it there because he knew he'd get the reaction he wanted, which is evident by the 5 pages of "this is why I won't buy FF14!"

There's hundreds of posts on mmorpg about the lack of jump/fall mechanic in this game. At this point, anything new is just stoking the furnace.

Eh beta forums are a bunch of whining too... I used to post there, but after awhile those of us that actually like FFXIV don't talk much, cause we drowned out.

On a side note, I'm actually getting tired of reading the forums on all of the FFXIV fansites/MMO sites. The only thing people ever talk about anymore is fatigue and how the game is going to fail upon release.

At least Rocs Lock is still posting videos. I quite enjoy those.

I tend to avoid most forum posts on almost all sites, except of course for those on the guild/legion/union/group/linkshell/etc. that I've joined. Sometimes I'll look at a little bit of one that has the headlines out on MMORPG, then I remember myself, and wonder what I was thinking I'd find there.
