Got us a new Shoutbox, with much better customization options, and obviously you can see I was able to match our forums perfectly. The refresh button is better, and you can hit enter after typing a msg to post it; instead of having to click the send button like on the previous one!
Unfortunately there are a few drawbacks, like we're limited to only 60 msgs per hr, but its not like we use it a ton lately, and a few other things. Later if it gets really busy here, we can upgrade to premium which is $2 a month or $20 a year and removes a ton of restrictions. That can be decided at a later time though.
