RSS Feeds

I want to add an RSS Feed from the FFXIV and FFXI websites of all their updates, so we know when they update and don't have to reload their page 20 times a day hoping for something new...hehe

I know how to get the feed address like so:

http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/xml/feed.rss

What I can't figure out is how to add it too these forums. I'd like to create a small widget on the right like we already have with the news feed coming up in order of their date.

Similar too how this looks on my admin panel, but much smaller in width:


...and yeah I've tried looking through every post on these forums host website and its all unhelpful or not what I'm describing. The people there are not very helpful...hehe If anyone knows the code to do something like this, it would be greatly appreciated!

Its k, I've kinda given up on it for now...don't think its possible to do as I'm trying with these forums.
