Game crashing issue.

So my game has been crashing a crap tone lately and I can't really figure out why. This is the little bit of detail from the notice windows gives me when it says "something unexpected happened so we closed to program for you" >_>

I'm not too sure about the last of of info, but everything up until d3dx9_41.dll has been the same every single time so I'm sure it's something to do with d3dx9_41.dll. Unsure of how to approach fixing it. Everywhere I've gone to says to download the DirectX End-user runtime yet it hasn't worked for me. =/

Another thing I'm noticing with this is that most people have been saying its due to alt tabbing but this has happened before when the window just stayed up.

You will get a dx9 error every time you alt tab in fullscreen mode. I have gotten a couple windows errors without alt-tabbing too. I'm sure it's because we have dx 10-11 and not 9. I play in windowed at max resolution to get around the alttab issue, but random crashes will still happen.
