Looks promising but I think I just saw the whole show in that trailer. lol

Am I the only one that saw Mr. and Mrs. Smith rip-off? :p still looks good though, might watch it :o

Nope never saw it...and thus far J J has revitalized and taken a far different approach with all his shows than previous mentions that may be similar. I really like everything he's come up with so far; so why worry now...

Mr. and Mrs. Smith is about a married couple who are bored with each other til they find out they're both undercover agents then by the end of it it spices up their marriage, voila~! lol

The story is different in that they're not retired when it begins and they're not technically working together, but the basic undertone is there :p

It will probably be good but I don't think he can do with this show what he did with LOST and Fringe (never seen Alias) which is make it so you almost never know what the hell's going on, so you keep watching hoping to figure it all out eventually. Undercovers also looks to be more of a comedy than his other shows :o I'm not saying it will be bad, but it doesn't seem to fit his usual formula, so who knows what it'll be like.

I'll still watch it though, even if it doesn't amount to the same quality as his other shows it will most likely be better than most things on tv.

Okay well maybe I don't disagree. Since the kitten is still here. The show doesn't look like it can go in depth compared to his other shows.

It seems like every episode will be *Marriage problem > Mission > marriage problem solved with comedy*.

Doesn't look like they have a marriage problem...just looks like they don't have any spice for it anymore cause their current job requires too much work and no play to enjoy it afterward.

Now that they will be back at being spies and having more fun together at work the spice has returned, so I see it being all about the comedy and exciting adventures they have together as a happy couple. Course I'm sure they'll throw in some issues from time to time just like in the trailer already with mention of her dating that other guy her husband didn't know about before him which will more than likely cause more comedy than grief.

At least I hope that it goes that way and not the typical path that everything before has gone. This is J J though and he does like to twist things up quite dramatically so I expect it to be different!
