I almost fell for it til I saw the link, and the fact that it was in my spam box either way I don't think I'd have cared, you hackers can have my account!

I was going to post this in the WoW section but it seems to have been locked by a certain someone who likes to lock things when he gets mad at the topic in question what if other people wanted to talk about the game hm?! lol

Yeah probably

Looks like some people fell for the email!

The saddest thing about this WoW account hacking is that PART of the reason it's happening a lot is that WoW is absolutely LOADED with first time gamers who are NOT particularly internet savvy (some of them). So when they get an email like this following one I received....they assume it's from who it SAYS it's from, they don't look at it with a particularly cynical eye....and.....the epidemic continues onward.

LOOKS pretty straight up, if you're not as skeptical as most of US are. But we've all been playing games for ages.
Incidentally...in the email when you moused over the link to the account management....it links to worldofwarrcratf.com/account. Which if you don't look CLOSELY....could appear okay to someone.

These phishing emails are getter more slick as time goes on. And I can only feel sorry for the people that are utterly clueless about this sort of thing.

I concur, I still feel like picking it up from time to time, and I'm not much into platformers... this and Flashback are old, forgotten SNES platformers more people should know about!

Another great by Blizzard...one of the best racing games ever made, and I so wish they would revisit it and make a sequel:

Sorta like this that I just found, that someone did with TrackMania:

That game has a terrible camera, I can tell just by watching I'd never be able to tell when a turn is coming til I either crashed into it or looked at the map and crashed into it because I wasn't looking XD

Thats the fun of it...but damnit its a frackin awesome racing game...hehe Most the tracks repeat and they're smallish so its not hard to memorize them after a few plays...you should get a rom of it and give it a try...its really a good game even for today!

You can actually play Blackthorne on VBA, the GBA emulator. :)
